Recently, 糖心少女 honored nine students from our Teachers for Tomorrow and Early Childhood Programs as they signed agreements to join 糖心少女 after college.

• Six students will return as full-time teachers, receiving ongoing professional development and practical experience through summer employment as substitutes or Teacher Assistants.
• Three graduates will join 糖心少女 as teacher assistants and enter the Teacher Assistant to Teacher program
• Upon graduation, students are guaranteed full-time teaching roles at 糖心少女, ensuring that our investment in education continues to benefit the community.
